By placing an order with Globe Inspo, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was received
- Items are missing from the order
- The order was not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe
- The product significantly differs from the description
To qualify for a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse (“I changed my mind”)
- Incorrect size/color selected by the customer
- Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor differences in color, design, or packaging due to monitor settings or manufacturing updates
- Slight wrinkles, loose threads, or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality
- Delays caused by customs, natural disasters, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at:
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
Once approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full or partial refund depending on the situation
4. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If tracking shows your package has not been delivered within the expected shipping period, please contact us.
Refunds or replacements may be issued after verification with the shipping carrier and supplier.
Please note:
- Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier may not qualify for refunds
- Customers may be required to contact their local post office for confirmation of non-delivery
5. Return Process
Due to the nature of international dropshipping, returns are not always required.
If a return is approved:
- Customers must wait for return instructions before sending any item back
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
6. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled because fulfillment and shipping preparation may already be underway.
